Festival Italia will be much more than a race event when it returns to Brands Hatch on 13 August, with an extensive off-track show with a distinct Italian theme, including a fun music line-up.
This year’s music line-up includes Hetty and the Jazzato, a band which will whisk you away to Italy with their distinctive sound. They will entertain with a range of traditional Italian swing tunes such as Volare and That’s Amore, alongside Roman numbers, and Neopolitan ballads. There will be bossa nova and samba rhythms too, with plenty to get your toes tapping.
Classic Italian tunes will be performed by professional opera performer Matthew Crane, a vastly experienced individual who has performed on some of the world’s biggest stages, including at the Royal Albert Hall.
This music will help to set a rustic Italian scene at Brands Hatch for the day, accompanying a wealth of stunning Italian car displays, shopping opportunities, and Italian cuisine.
This will all serve as a fantastic backdrop to a thrilling race meeting which will include Ferrari and Alfa Romeo racing, and demonstrations from interesting cars including F1 machines
